The course details look good. But wouldn't we
(course takers) miss the boat per say. Many others, including you says that January is the best month to prospect new clients. But if we don't start prospecting to Febuary or March how is that going to help us in the beginning?

Whether you start prospecting in March or December is irrelevant if you're in this for the long haul, which is what freelancing is. It's a marathon, not a sprint.
So, while January is one the best times to start prospecting, I never took this into consideration. I'm not pushing a product (eg, it's the holidays, so buy this), I'm putting you on a career path -- which can be started -- with success -- any time.
