It's my day to post over at BloggingTips.com. As I announced in last Wednesday's post, A Day in the Life of an SEO Writer, I'm a regular contributor to this blog now.
Today I reminisce about how complicated internet marketing has become; I long for simpler times.
Remember when banner impressions were all the rage? I rarely, if ever, read about this anymore. Now there is social media, long-tail keywords and keyword density to worry about. Whatever happened to simply updating your site/blog with relevant content -- nothing more, nothing less?
Read the entire post of ruminations, explanations and general kvetching here. Oh yeah, I do share 4 things I do on a regular basis to drive more traffic to my site/blog, so it is a bit more than purging!
Do you miss simpler internet marketing days? Sound off.
Sincerely,
Yuwanda Black, Publisher

a recent book that i read on easy ways of internet marketing was quite interesting. the author, Jeff Paul is supposed to be a professional in guiding people on web
businesses and how to make easy money through the web while sitting at home! Was quite a captivating book! i advise you all to read it.
I am not clued in on the Twitter, Stutter, Stumble and Bewildered stuff. OK--made that last one up.
I just post weekdays and move on. http://healthsass.blogspot.com.
FYI, your link is not working correctly; there seems to be some extra "chachki" that got inserted somewhere along the line.

(Hopefully that'll work, but you never know with Blogger. ;-))
Good article. I just did the manual Google thing; also, I'd never heard of Propeller before. I'll have to check it out and some later time.
Thanks for all the info.
