New Newsletter, Blogging Tips, Freelance Writing Jobs & More!

Today's post can be found at BloggingTips.com. Lately, the presidential race has had me in a boil (from Obama's speech to Rev Wright's YouTube video to the remark made by Geraldine Ferraro) .

I've wanted to go "off topic" on this blog, since it's my personal space, so to speak. But then I remembered, it's not appropriate here. So, I thought, when is it appropriate to go off topic on your blog? Is it ever appropriate? Read Should You Go “Off Topic” On Your Blog? here.

And, I did find an outlet for my political rant. You can read that here if you're interested (otherwise, I was gonna bust something!). Don't forget to check out the job listings below.

FYI, the latest edition of Inkwell Editorial's newsletter was published today. What's inside?

An interview with Author, Copywriter and Consultant Shel Horowitz. Shel shares tips on how to market you freelance writing services on a shoe-string budget (he's written five books grassroots marketing); how he created multiple streams of income (writing, speaking, consulting) and more.

There are brand new freelance job listings and a rundown of my $2K plus week (types of projects, what they consisted of and more). There's also a special offer just for newsletter subscribers. So subscribe to read this, and all previous, issues.

Hope everyone had a good Wednesday. Half the week is over!
